What Claude does
Five tasks, all only when you ask
- Sort an entry: a note or dictation in the inbox becomes an event, a to-do or a rehearsal diary entry.
- List from a file: an annual plan as Word, PDF or photo becomes a date list.
- Research on works: in the Konzertplan, Claude finds out what a piece is about.
- Mottos: suggestions for a concert motto that fits the programme.
- Help: Claude answers questions about using Taktplan from the manual.

Good to know
- We will set the exact numbers after the beta test, based on actual use. The aim: anyone using Claude normally gets by with the basic allowance.
- Lists count for the whole year, so you can load them all at once at the start of the season. Everything else counts per month.
- If an allowance is used up, Taktplan keeps working as usual; only Claude’s suggestions pause. Loading Excel and CSV lists always works, without Claude.
- Only what you choose is sent to Claude, and only when you trigger it. The details on Claude in the privacy policy will follow when it is released.
