Taktplan at a glance
- Description
- Taktplan is four apps in one: scheduler, timetable planner, concert planner and annual overview, all working with the same dates.
- Target group
- Conductors and choir directors, music teachers, university lecturers, orchestral musicians and freelance musicians with dates in several places
- Features
- More than 30, arranged along the course of a season: Upbeat, Score, Parts, On the podium, Coda. They are being unlocked step by step during the beta test (as of October 2026). Optional AI support is in preparation.
- Connections
- Apple and Google Calendar (calendar link), your own website, wall displays such as TRMNL or a tablet, comparison with Konzertmeister and ClubDesk, access for management and family
- Platform
- Web app in the browser on Windows, macOS and Linux; on iPhone, iPad and Android devices also as an icon on the home screen. No installation needed. Data is stored on a server in the EU. Dedicated apps for iOS and Android are not ruled out for the future.

- Safari 16.2 or later (Mac, iPhone, iPad), Chrome and Edge 111 or later, Firefox 113 or later, Samsung Internet 22 or later, i.e. all common browsers since spring 2023. JavaScript and cookies must be allowed for taktplan.ridor.de; this is the default setting.

- Status
- Beta test by application since October 2026. Next comes an open beta for everyone. In preparation, among others: the timetable with the timetable generator with preferred times, Konzertplan, the annual overview with trips and kilometres, the calendar link, the wall display, access for management and family and, ✦ with Claude, reading Word and PDF files. Which features are already unlocked in the beta test is shown on taktplan.ridor.de under Features.
✦ Claude in Solo, Tutti and Fortissimo
✦ Claude is optional and is switched on in the settings. Every request costs real computing time, so there are fixed allowances: Tutti includes a basic allowance, Fortissimo a large one.

Try it free for 30 days
After the beta test you can try Taktplan free for 30 days, with all Tutti features. You don’t need to enter any payment details; the trial simply ends. If you then choose Solo or Tutti, your lists and settings are kept.
Try new features early
New features start out as beta. With a one-year access you switch them on yourself in the settings and off again at any time, and with Solo you can also try the beta features from Tutti. Beta features may still have bugs; your feedback helps finish them.
Recommend
With your own link or code you can recommend Taktplan. If someone books a one-year access through it, yours is extended as soon as the withdrawal period has ended. The credit is time, not money.
